When we offer refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
Your personalised plan is not delivered within 1 Business Day as per Australian Eastern Daylight Time,
orThere is a technical issue that prevents us from generating your plan
When refunds do not apply
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind after the plan has been delivered
Incorrect or incomplete information entered during the free check
Expectations that differ from the estimates provided
