We want you to feel confident when purchasing the $19 personalised plan. This policy explains when refunds apply.

When we offer refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your personalised plan is not delivered within 1 Business Day as per Australian Eastern Daylight Time,
    or

  • There is a technical issue that prevents us from generating your plan

When refunds do not apply

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the plan has been delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete information entered during the free check

  • Expectations that differ from the estimates provided

  • Your name

  • The email used at checkout

  • The issue you experienced
